Dr. Jack Alpan’s “Tune-Up Manual for Humans” (TUM) was written with the intent of helping others take control of their health so they would not need dentists’ or medicine doctors’ cut, burn and poison remedies (surgery, radiation and chemotherapy) but instead learn how to live a lifestyle that would prevent degenerative diseases - from caries to cancer. This book is based on the results of 24,000 blood, urine and saliva tests and 4,000 hair mineral analyses done on over 2,000 dental patients over a thirteen year period. Not only did his dental patients no longer experience caries, bleeding gums or bone loss around their teeth, but many “incurable” degenerative diseases disappeared when his patients followed the Basic Testing Diet. The TUM is written in lay terms for easy comprehension and was updated and put on CD in 2009.
During the same thirty years that Dr. Alpan was in private practice and raising two children with his wife, Jenny, he was also taking continuing education courses all over the United States and in Europe and reading hundreds of books on the subjects of nutrition, freedom and sovereignty.
Dr. Alpan’s second book, “A Matter of Status,” (AMOS) was written with the intent of helping others take control of all aspects of their lives as Sovran - rational, sentient, spiritual, responsible, independent, interdependent, self-ruling (with integrity) - children, women and men. He lists the “18 steps to freedom” he has taken in his own life. AMOS also contains vital information about the hidden code in the U. S. Constitution (legalese used by the lawyers who wrote the Constitution in SECRET PROCEEDINGS in 1787 so the masses not trained in the law would not notice what they did). When enough people read this book, durable social structures will be built that will not RISE and FALL as all previous and current social structures are doing.

Dr. Alpan has a dream. He wants to start a Sovran Training Center (STC) in Los Angeles. The masses have been trained, under the control of our Federal Department of Education (FDE), to be citizens while a select few have been trained to be Sovereigns (rulers).
